Overall and fantastic experience. A few things to note. This is my 2nd time working with a turf company here in Austin and Waterloo went above and beyond. Gage was my sales rep and he was timely, professional, flexible and MOST importantly, he was there when needed. It's not uncommon that something pops up during an install. Sure enough, it did with us. With some reps, once the deal is signed, they've moved on. Not Gage and Waterloo. We talked about the situation and he immediately offered a few logical solutions that allowed us to settle on the right path forward. The crews also did a great job with the install itself and it looks fantastic. We knew we'd have a bit of a coloring issue when trying to match between a separate section we'd had done ~8 years ago that has faded quite a bit but it doesn't bother us. I'm attaching two pics b/c Waterloo did two locations for us! Don't judge my metal edge work please :)
