I worked with Bobby at Waterloo and he was fantastic from start to finish. He came out within two days to give me a quote, came in under budget (I received four quotes), and had the installation scheduled and completed in less than two weeks. I even changed the design the day of and he was super flexible about it. The install itself took under 48 hours. The first day they laid the foundation (DG, limestone screenings, and edging), and the second day they rolled out and secured the turf. Bobby was super helpful responsive the whole time, and the turf looks incredible. I debated getting turf given I have relatively new sod with an irrigation system, and I’m glad I did — I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. This is my fourth home renovation project, and Bobby and team were by far the most professional and easiest to work with. Everything was delivered as promised, and they even went above and beyond — moving old rocks along my edging at no extra charge. White glove through and through and the pups love it. I can’t recommend them enough
