My experience with Hunter, the owner and operator of Waterloo, was exceptional. His professionalism, product knowledge, and responsiveness were outstanding. He took a significant amount of his time during the site assessment, prepared and submitted a bid the same day, and promptly returned my calls and texts. His pricing was competitive, fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Waterloo as a contractor for your synthetic lawn projects.

What a transformation! Hunter and his crew really transformed this muddy side yard into an amazing place for my dogs to play. My dogs are already thrilled. Very professional and always quick to answer any questions. Hunter was honest with me and gave me all of my options on the job. Would highly recommend!!!

For 3+ years since we added onto the house we have been saying next year we are going to work on the yard. Another year goes by and never gets done. Kids that play competitive soccer have been wanting a yard to practice and play in. They have been using the bush in the small front yard and fence.

We reached out to Waterloo Turf Boise and hunter came right out to take a look at the nightmare of what we called our backyard. He got to work with measurements and samples. He talked with us about what we were wanting. We got a game plan together and a day to start.

Hunter walked thru on the first day with us and saw the sprinkler box possibly needing moved. His foremen got us a quick quote and was super reasonable to move it and boy are we glad hunter and his crew suggested to move it, Im sure it would of been fine, but with the kids playing soccer it would of been in the way and really just been a sore thumb. After that his crew transformed the backyard paying attention to little details such as the down spouts or foundation vents into a useable mini field. We can truly say we got our saturdays back. No more weeding the dirt yard and kicking the can down the road. The kids have an amazing place to play and the side yard is level, weed barrier and awesome rocks down. I can go on and on, but i would say if your looking for a turf guy, this is the company to use. We never once had to ask or was wondering whats going on with the project.

Oh, to top it all off. Hunter went and bought the kids some soccer goals. Something he 100% did not have to do, but did it for the kids and the project and i quote "its not a field without some goals" - hunter.

My backyard grass wasn't in great shape with two pups. Rainy weather created extra messes and challenges. I reached out to Waterloo Boise, and Hunter guided us on a selecting a functional and aesthetically pleasing turf to accommodate my dogs, while keeping the yard free of mud and messes. Hunter and the crew were courteous, professional and the yard turned out amazing! plus, the dogs love it too❤️
