Complete Artificial Turf Services

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Waterloo Turf I couldn't be happier with my experience with Waterloo Turf and the incredible transformation of my backyard. Before making my decision, I received three different quotes, and Dorsey with Waterloo Turf was my third and final consultation. From the moment we met, his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out from the rest. He took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of artificial turf available, the benefits of each option, and the entire installation process from start to finish. His step-by-step explanation gave me complete confidence in what to expect. What impressed me even more was how accurate and transparent his quote was. He carefully measured the area, provided precise square footage calculations, and clearly explained how the materials and square footage affected the overall cost. There were no surprises, and everything was exactly as promised. The installation crew was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and completed the entire project in just one day. Their workmanship was exceptional, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and pride they took in their work were evident throughout the entire installation. To top it all off, the crew conducted a thorough final walkthrough with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job before they left. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The best part is that I no longer spend my weekends mowing, watering, or working on my yard. Now I can simply relax by my swim spa, watch football, and enjoy a beautiful, maintenance-free backyard year-round. The turf looks amazing every day, and it has completely changed how I use and enjoy my outdoor space. If you're considering artificial turf, I highly recommend Waterloo Turf. Dorsey's expertise, accurate quoting, and outstanding customer service, combined with a hardworking and skilled installation team, made this one of the best home improvement experiences I've ever had. Five stars all the way! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mike is 100% my favorite person to work with. His character, expertise, attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism made me comfortable choosing Waterloo after have 4 other companies come out. Mike was hands down the best. Even after the project, Mike was able to go out of his way and fix an issue that came up. What I learned is that all turf companies are NOT the same. Thank you Mike for managing and directing an incredible project for me.

Our backyard went from the most unused and disliked part of our house to our absolute favorite, literally overnight (installation is that fast!). Our kids are obsessed and are able to do so many activities back there that they were never able to do before…slip n slide, kiddie pool, water table, baseball, golf…you name it. It’s so clean and comfortable to walk on barefoot and no more muddy dog paws. The only thing we regret is not doing this sooner. Ted was fantastic to work with, start to finish. We’ve had major water runoff issues in our yard and he was able to answer all our questions and address those issues. We also had a very important occasion quickly approaching and he was able to get us on the schedule and turf installed before it happened - we were so grateful! We are SO looking forward to more weekends spent in the backyard with our kids. 1000/10 experience with Waterloo, I can’t recommend them enough.
