Great experience! highly recommend. I needed about 450sq ft of pet turf adjacent to our pool in the backyard. I reached out to Waterloo Turf and worked with Ted. He was flexible in scheduling a consult, showed up on time, very professional, did a great job describing the variation in products available and how the job would be done/installed. Quick quote turn around with reasonable price in my opinion. They did an outstanding job with installation. We are very happy with it and the decision to go with artificial turf grass in this space. Highly recommend Waterloo Turf. I received quotes for a turf install replacing a bunch of dead grass in my backyard from around 10 different companies. In the end, I chose Waterloo and I'm extremely happy with the results. Most of the other companies sent out a salesperson who had no connection with the job itself. Many of them only knew surface level details on the products they were selling. Ted came out from Waterloo, and it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable, and that he'd have direct oversight of the project once it started. It put me at ease knowing that I was talking to the guy responsible for the whole project. We walked through different turf options, and Waterloo's quote was extremely reasonable. Install took 2 days (exactly what they promised). Ted showed up with Junior and his install crew on the first day, and kept checking in throughout the process. Communication was great. In the end, we got a beautiful turfed area in our backyard that looks just like a freshly mowed lawn. Kids and the dog love it. If you're looking to get a turf project installed, give Ted and Waterloo a call. Junior and his crew did a great job, and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
